so bring it on! With Monday almost behind me, I am ready for Tuesday. Everything was kitted over a week ago and I finished my handout today for my Do Me A Favor workshop tomorrow night.
All the supplies are kitted in a large brown paper sack adorned with a little prize ribbon created with a new striped summer ribbon from ETC and some customized printwork that I created and printed on Bazzill cardstock. The bag is sealed shut with a wooden clothespin.
Just got back from our walk a little bit ago and boy is it ever hot out there! As much as I continue to deny it...summer is here! It's also the time of year I start looking for yummy {and healthy} recipes that can be prepared without a heat source...that is unless it's the BBQ.
Find yourself a cool spot and stay put,
Kelli

Monday, Monday
Well, I can't say I am disappointed that it is almost behind me! I am ready for a new week.
I thought I would share the layouts for my Scrap Happy Workshop on Saturday. It'll be here before we know it. The layouts were easy to create since I had some great photos to show case. Ever notice how much easier it is to work with photos you love? It's like you only love them more when they are scrapbooked. Funny how that works out.
The first layout features Ashley & Preston.
This layout spotlights my cute nephew and his girlfriend. A bright colored chevron print mixed with custom printwork, ribbon, brads, washi tape and coordinating Bazzill cardstock help embellish the photos of this young and hip couple.
The third layout features Ashley & Preston {again}. The subtle color scheme of printed paper, Bazzill cardstock and embellishments add to the charm of these photos. There's even room on this layout for journaling. I know...for us seasoned scrappers, "what's that?".
The fourth layout is on display at ETC if you want to stop in and look at it before class.
Hope to see you locals there! And mailers {scrappers who reside outta state that have a kit mailed to their home}, I love you too for all your support.

June!?
Yep...hard to believe, but it is here.
May was a fabulous {and busy} month for the Collins family. First it was down to Tucson to celebrate Jenaye's {and Justin's} graduation from U of A and two weeks later, it was off to Denver to see Preston {and Ashley} graduate from CU. With both kids starting full time employment soon, as a friend told me, "they are off the payroll". Preston was actually off the payroll 3 years ago and now Naye is!
With May behind me, I am gearing up for my June projects. I have classes at ETC, one final graduation announcement to put together for a friend and wedding invites for Preston and Ashley. Here is what I crossed off my list this weekend...
A little advertisement for a new class I am teaching on July 13th. I purchased a little home decor hook thing-y on clearance from Hobby Lobby and turned it into a display. I think it will be perfect for my Tag Studio class. I will put the tags on a metal ring and display them handing from this hook.
I also completed my projects for the June 26th Do Me A Favor workshop at ETC.
Next on my TO DO list is create my layouts for Scrap Happy, which is coming up on June 23rd. I need to head on over to ETC tomorrow morning and pick up some new printed paper for inspiration.
I hope your week is a creative one!
